Painted in the Firestone hospitality Chalet at the 2023 Indy 500 in front of a  live audience, this painting celebrates the well earned victory by the tenacious Josef Newgarden in the Penske Racing  Racing Dallara Chevrolet. About 2 hours afte the race was over Tim Cindric and Roger Penske came by for a quick Q&A and Roger signed the painting in paint! This was Mr Penske's 19th win as a team owner, congratulations to Roger, Tim, Josef and the entire team at Penske Racing.
