On the Monday after the Red Bull USGP I flew to Toronto for a live art/charity auction, this time at Ohsweken Speedway outside of Hamilton Ontario for a World of Outlaw race. Seriously amazing racing. All the top WoO drivers were there with the addition of one Tony Stewart, so I did a painting combining his “cup” car and his WoO car up in the “cushion”.
It was auctioned during intermission right after he signed it in paint, and very very nicely signed at that. Signing with paint isn’t easy.
Painted in under 90 minutes at Ohsweken Speedway, signed by Tony and auctioned that night for charity, $8000.00 was split between the Tony Stewart Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association.
